Please note that there are no places to exchange passes at the JR Shinagawa Transfer Gate or JR Yokohama Transfer Gate.
• Please be sure to pick up your pass at the station you selected when making your reservation.
• If you cannot present the QR code or reservation number, you will not be able to collect your item.
• When stores and facilities are crowded, please wait in line with other customers.
