• This tour is greatly affected by the weather, so it may be cancelled the day before or on the day of the tour depending on weather conditions.
• This tour is a join tour, and a local guide will conduct the tour and can communicate in English.
• Adult fares apply to those aged 12 and over, child fares apply to those aged 2 to 11, and infants under 24 months are free.
• We will contact you 1-2 days before the tour with the exact pickup time and vehicle number.
• The tour vehicle is a 16-seater van. (Carrying a carrier is allowed)
• Airport drop-off is available.

• Elderly and pregnant women should pay special attention to safety during the tour. Pregnant women cannot receive massage.
• For children, we proceed with growth massage.

If you notify us on the same day (1~same day) of the travel date: No cancellation/refund possible
•Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
