If you notify us 20 days (29~20) before the start of your trip: 10% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded
If you notify us 6 days (19~6) before the start of your trip: 15% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded
If you notify us 1 day (1~5) before the start of your trip: 20% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded
If you notify us on the day of your trip ~ before the start of your tour: 50% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
