If you leave your luggage at the airport, we will safely deliver it to your hotel in Fukuoka City . You can use the luggage delivery service for hotels in Chuo Ward and Hakata Ward in Fukuoka City, so you can save time and energy by not having to carry heavy luggage.

Instructions for use

Please note that luggage received before 1:00 PM will be safely delivered to the hotel by 3:00 PM, and luggage received after 1:00 PM will be delivered by 8:00 PM. Also, the name of the person making the service reservation must be the same as the name of the person making the hotel reservation.

On the day of use, please present 1) the mobile voucher sent upon reservation completion and 2) the hotel reservation confirmation (for confirmation of hotel name, date of stay, and name of hotel reservation holder) at the Fukuoka Airport DELIBAG reception counter.

* The total of the three sides of the carrier must be less than 140 cm. If it exceeds this, an additional fee of 300 yen per piece of luggage will be charged.
* For hotels that do not allow luggage storage, staff can deliver it directly to you in front of the hotel. (However, an additional fee will be charged per piece of luggage.)
