• The rail bike can accommodate four people.
• If you would like to choose a personal bike at Gangchon Rail Bike, an additional payment of 5,000 won (per person) is required on-site, and please contact us in advance.
• The schedule may change due to traffic and weather conditions.
• Children under 2 years old are free of charge and may ride with a guardian, but seats will not be provided.
• As of the date of entry, children under 2 years of age (under 24 months) can enter for free. (Passport required)
• If you are bringing a stroller or wheelchair, please let us know in advance.
• There is no minimum number of participants required for departure (1 person reservation possible)
• Eating or drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

• Even if you have made payment, your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• We will send you an information email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM the day before your tour departure.
• A link to a group chat room where you can communicate with your guides is provided in the email.

• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations accepted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
