* After confirming your reservation, we will coordinate a meeting time through the messenger provided by the person in charge.
* Please wait at least 10 minutes in advance.

• Please check the maximum number of passengers and maximum baggage for each vehicle before making a reservation. (Basic baggage size: 45 x 66cm)
• Baby strollers, exercise equipment, and wheelchairs are considered as one piece of regular baggage.
• Vehicle assignment based on number of reservations
  - Standard Sedan (3-seater vehicle, up to 3 pieces of luggage)
  - Standard SUV (5-seater vehicle, up to 5 pieces of luggage)
  - Standard Van (12-seater vehicle, up to 10 pieces of luggage)
• This product is available from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• Da nang option rates are based on the city center of Da Nang. If the pick-up/drop-off location is far from the city center of Da Nang, an additional fee will be charged on site on the day.
  - Ngu Hanh Son area: Additional charge of 50,000 VND (one way)
  - Son Tra area: Sedan 250,000 VND, SUV 300,000 VND, VAN: 500,000 VND (one way) additional fee
• The above additional fees must be paid to the vehicle driver on site.
• Son Tra area includes InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort and Son Tra Resort.
• Ngu Hanh Son area is from Olalani resort hotel to Naman retreat resort.
• The Hoi An area is from the Shilla Hotel to Hoi An Old Town.
• The driver will wait at the pick-up/drop-off location you have specified in advance for up to 20 minutes from the reservation time. If you need to adjust the time, please contact your driver at least 4 hours in advance.
• Reservations purchased for resale may be cancelled without prior notice.
• Please refer to the website for Bana Hills' exact operating hours.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please be sure to arrive on time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the facility and no refunds will be given.
• Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.

• Full refund is possible if cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the date of use.
• Full refund is not possible if cancellation is made after 24 hours prior to the date of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
