• After the reservation is confirmed, the driver's information and vehicle number will be sent from 1 day to 2 hours before the date of use.
• Communication with the article is done through LINE, Wechat, and Whatsapp, so please enter a messenger ID that you can communicate with when making a reservation.
• We will meet with the reporter at the designated meeting time and location.
• Valid only on the date and time you specify.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure
20% cancellation fee for cancellations from 6 to 4 days before departure
Cancellation, change, and refund not possible from 3 days before departure

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
