80% of the product price will be refunded after a 20% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled up to 2 days before the date of use
70% of the product price will be refunded after a 30% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled up to 1 day before the date of use
100% cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation notice/no-show is given on the date of use, no refunds
