Cancellation and Refund
Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.
* However, if the Seller is able to resolve the Customer’s unavailability of the Service within ten (10) days after the Customer notifies the Seller of the problem, the Seller is not obligated to provide such refund.
* The Customer agrees to cooperate with the Seller in its efforts to resolve such problem, and acknowledges that the Seller is not obligated to provide a refund if the Customer refuses or fails to cooperate.
* Each data package provided by the Seller has its own validity period, and no refund will be provided for any remaining data after the expiration of such validity period.
* Once the Customer installs the eSIM, it is considered used. No refund will be provided after installation, except as expressly provided.
