• Purchase the desired product on today's date
• Code number sent to your mobile phone immediately after purchase
• Exchange for e-ticket (QR code) online / Exchange for physical ticket on site
• Use on site within the validity period
• Expiration date: Check the expiration date indicated in the option
• This is a product that can be used after exchanging online/on-site with the code number in the voucher sent regardless of the date of use selected by WAUG.
• Online /on-site exchange is required using the 13-digit code number issued. (If not exchanged, it cannot be used.)

Online Ticket Exchange:

• Advance reservations are possible through the direct train online reservation site using the code
• Seat reservation period: 2 months in advance ~ 5 minutes before departure time on the day
• Scan the QR code on your issued ticket to pass through the direct train gate.

On-site ticket exchange:

• You can exchange your mobile WAUG voucher on-site by scanning it at the direct train ticket vending machine.
• Refund fee after ticket issuance: KRW 1,000 ~ KRW 3,200 depending on the return time / Number of changes: Up to 3 times up to 5 minutes before departure

• This product is used after exchanging online/on-site with the code number in the voucher sent, regardless of the date of use selected by WAUG.
• Online /on-site exchange is required using the 13-digit code number issued. (If not exchanged, it cannot be used.)
• The interval between departures is 25 to 40 minutes.
• This product is a direct train from Seoul Station to Incheon Airport and does not stop at Hongik University Station or other stations along the way.
• This ticket is limited to trains between Seoul and Incheon International Airport. If you change to a regular train or go to a location outside of Seoul Station and Incheon International Airport Station, you will be charged an additional fee at the counter.
• If you wish to exchange your ticket on-site, you can exchange it on-site by scanning the printed voucher or mobile voucher at the direct train ticket machine.
• After ticket issuance, a refund fee of 1,000 won to 3,200 won is charged depending on the return time, and there is no fee until the day before departure. Refunds are not possible after the train arrival time.
• You can choose from Seoul Station, Incheon Airport Terminal 1, or Incheon Airport Terminal 2 as your departure station.
• You can search for train departure times as of the current date and time.
• Children are between 6 and 12 years old as of the date of boarding. Children over 6 years old must purchase a child ticket.
• Children under 6 years old can ride for free, but must present proof of age when exchanging tickets.
• If there are more than 1 infant accompanied by a guardian or if a seat is required, a child ticket must be purchased.
• Reservations can be made for up to 12 people, including adults and children.
• If you wish to use the round trip, please purchase two one-way tickets.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• Please note that this is an open ticket that can be used within the validity period, and that refunds are not possible even if you cannot use it on your desired date.
• Please purchase carefully as these tickets are non-refundable.
