• You can use it on-site with the QR code on the E-ticket you receive when purchasing a product.
• Please use the ticket on-site by scanning the QR code on the reader installed at the automatic ticket gate.
• The voucher is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
• At stations without automatic ticket gates, please ask a train attendant or station staff for assistance via the intercom.

How to use:

• This product is an automatic reservation product and can be used on the same day of reservation.
• You can purchase up to 4 tickets per reservation.
• Children ages 6 to 11 are charged child rates.
• Children under 6 years old can ride for free.
• This product is exclusively for foreign visitors to Japan, and you may be asked to present your passport locally.
• If you are asked to present your ticket during your trip, please show it to us.
• When boarding or disembarking, please scan the QR code on the QR code reader installed at the automatic ticket gate.
• At stations without automatic ticket gates, you will need to process your ticket through a crew member or intercom, and boarding and disembarking may take time.
• This product does not include a special express train ticket. Therefore, if you wish to use a special express ticket, please purchase a separate special express ticket on site.
• If you board outside the valid section, you must pay the regular fare separately.

• Tickets can only be used by the holder and cannot be transferred to another person.
• If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they cannot be used individually and will begin use simultaneously.
• If you are using multiple devices individually or traveling with companions, please make sure to make reservations individually.
• For security purposes, a one-time password (OTP) authentication may be required. In that case, please follow the steps below.
• If you lose your voucher or email, it cannot be reissued.
• Screen captures or printed vouchers are not accepted.
• A smartphone connected to the network is required when boarding.
• If the screen cannot be displayed due to customer reasons such as battery discharge, malfunction, or loss of the smartphone, it will be considered that the ticket is not in possession.
• We recommend turning off dark mode on your phone, as QR codes may not be recognized.
