We introduce the Haeundae Beach Train, which allows you to enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery from Haeundae Mipo to Songjeong via Cheongsapo.
Haeundae Beach Train is Korea's first eco-friendly, battery-powered tourist train. It is a romantic train that runs along the 4.8km section of the old Donghae Nambu Line, allowing you to fully enjoy Busan's blue sea and nature. Enjoy the scenery from the train while feeling the cool breeze, and heal yourself by taking a walk along the fishing village and coastal road near the station. Come to Blue Line Park, which is conveniently accessible from Haeundae's major tourist attractions!
From Haeundae Mipo to Cheongsapo, if you want to enjoy the blue sea alone, there is also Haeundae Sky Capsule that can accommodate up to 4 people, so enjoy it according to your taste. Go to Haeundae Sky Capsule
When you really want to enjoy Busan,
Blue Line Park Beach Train
The Haeundae Blue Line Park Beach Train, which contains the real Busan, the city of the blue sea, is a means of transportation and a tourist train that runs from Busan Mipo to Songjeong, looking out the window at the overflowing sea. It is a tourist facility that was redeveloped from the old Donghae Nambu Line that was discontinued along a total of 4.8 km of railroad, and it became a hot place as soon as it opened because you can see Busan's famous spots at once.
In particular, Haeundae Blue Line Park has been ranked overwhelmingly first in the recent dating course trend index, making it a popular travel destination and a must-visit for travelers of all ages in Busan.
Romantic train running over the sea
The interior of the coastal train consists of two rows of benches with all seats facing the sea, and the windows are larger than those of regular trains, allowing you to enjoy an unobstructed view from any seat. Since it runs at a slow speed of 15 km/h, it is great for taking in the ever-changing scenery.
The Dalmaji Tunnel ~ Cheongsapo section is especially close to the sea, so you can feel the romance of running over the sea. From Daritdol Observatory to Gudeokpo section, you can see the dazzlingly beautiful transparent sea, and the Haewol Observatory between Dalmaji Tunnel and Cheongsapo, which will open on June 29, is a beautiful place that is considered one of the 8 scenic views of Korea due to its outstanding sunrise and moonrise, so focus on every moment on the coastal train.
A downtown walking trail next to the train tracks
Next to the Haeundae Beach Train, there is a well-constructed Haeundae Green Railway, a deck path that runs along the blue sea. We recommend taking the beach train, enjoying the cool breeze and the scenery, and then getting off at a mid-stop and taking in the sights of Gwangan Bridge, Dalmaji, and Marine City along the trail.
In particular, Songjeong Station is still using the old Songjeong Station built in the 1930s, so it is a place where you can encounter the history of the old Donghae Nambu Line. Near Songjeong Station, you can enjoy the Songjeong Minbakchon Mural Street and the beautiful scenery of Jukdo Mangyangjeong, so make memories while traveling around every nook and cranny.
