Boracay: Private Airport Transfer

• When you exit the airport, a local employee of the pick-up and drop-off company will be waiting holding a picket with the customer's name on it.
• You can use it after showing your name to the staff. (Check name with staff)
• Before departing for Boracay from the airport, be sure to receive instructions on your transfer time.
• Valid only on the specified date.

Meeting point:
1. Airport Pickup
When you exit Kalibo Airport, please meet the staff holding a picket with your reservation name on it.
NOTE: If you didn't meet them? Please visit MANO COFFEE in front of the airport and ask for 4U staff. (Or, contact us via KakaoTalk on the voucher.)

2. Airport Sanding
The meeting will be held at the hotel you are staying at.

Meeting time:
Upon pick up: (same for all flights)
When you get out of the airport, a local Filipino employee of the pick-up and drop-off company will be waiting holding a WAG picket.
You can board and move the vehicle after confirming your English name with the local staff. (Check your name with the staff)

When making a reservation for sanding only, please contact the Wag Customer Center.

Pick-up will be from the lobby of your resort (meeting time varies depending on flight number)

After that, you will go to Caticlan and board the vehicle to arrive at Kalibo. Get off in front of the airport!
Sanding times may vary depending on the distance from the hotel or resort.
For individual sanding, meeting time can be coordinated. If you need to coordinate meeting time, please contact the KakaoTalk ID in the emergency contact list at the bottom of the voucher.

• Free for children up to 4 years old as of the date of arrival in Kalibo.
• Please note that the vehicle may be changed to a regular vehicle depending on the reservation status.
• All tourists must present their reserved hotel voucher before entering Boracay.
• Incheon Airport - Boracay In addition to international flights, it can also be used by customers taking domestic flights.
• When making a reservation, please enter the departure date and return date exactly as the date of boarding the flight .
• Only available to independent travel customers.
• Customers using package/semi-package products cannot use or receive refunds.
• If you request on-site corrections (resort name, sending date, etc.) due to incorrect information entered , an additional fee will be charged .
• Please select the date of your flight from Boracay Airport as the return date in the reservation information window.
• When picking up, please carefully check the information provided by the pick-up and sending company. All the details are there.

Pick-up and drop-off instructions:

• Drop-off time refers to the departure time from the hotel.
• Before departing for Boracay from the airport, be sure to receive information about the drop-off time. (We will also hand out a guide, so please check it carefully.)
• Before the staff drops you off at the hotel, please pack your bags in advance and wait until you have checked out.
• Due to local circumstances in Boracay, road conditions are very poor. There are also insufficient vehicles and tricycles for the number of tourists, so travel may be delayed.
• Bags such as suitcases are managed by company employees, but please take care of your own luggage when boarding and disembarking.
• It takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from the airport to the port. Please use the restroom in advance.
• If the car is cold due to the air conditioner or you have any other inconveniences during the trip, please let the driver know.

Information on solo tours

• In principle, this product is a solo tour, and if you arbitrarily recruit people and conduct a join tour, we inform you that the traveler is responsible for any problems that arise during the tour. If canceled 3-6 days before the date of use, 50% of the payment amount will be deducted
