• Print the voucher sent by email or check the WAUG app voucher
• Please present your voucher when meeting your pick-up guide at the lobby of your hotel and use it.

Meeting point:
It takes place in the lobby of the hotel you are staying at.
However, it is only available at resorts in Mactan and Cebu City.
Travelers who wish to use the service immediately after arriving at the airport will be picked up in front of the globe booth located at the airport exit. In this case, please enter the airport/flight number in the hotel name.

Meeting time:
04:00 AM - 05:00 AM (You may depart earlier depending on Oslob reservation status.)

Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time.
Vehicle information will be provided via KakaoTalk the afternoon of the day before, so be sure to check it. If you do not hear from us, you must check with the contact information specified on the voucher.

• Airport pickup is only available for flights arriving before 3:30 p.m. Airport pickup is not available for flights arriving after that time.
• Admission to Tumalog Falls may be closed without prior notice depending on local circumstances.
• This product includes environmental tax.
• This product can be purchased by at least 2 people.
• Please wait 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
• If you are late for the pick-up time, it will be treated as a NO-SHOW (no refund if you are late)
• Children under 3 years old are not allowed to participate in the tour. Adult and child rates are the same.
• If you are a customer using a package/semi-package product, you cannot use it or receive a refund.
• For any changes, please contact Wagro first . Afterwards, Laxo Travel will revise the changes and send you a new KakaoTalk message. The information you provide may not be delivered to the local staff in the Philippines who will be running the event.
• When picking up at the airport, carriers can be stored in the vehicle, but we recommend that you keep valuables with you as there is a risk of losing them. (We are not responsible for any loss.)
• Lunch is not included. You can order a local set menu on site. (300 pesos per person)
• We recommend that you wear your swimming clothes, and since the vehicle may be cold due to the air conditioning, it would be a good idea to bring a jacket or towel.
• If you want to use the restroom or buy a snack at the convenience store, tell the driver to go to the gas station and he will stop at a rest area along the way.
• Whale sharks are easily visible from the boat and you don't necessarily have to snorkel to see them, so if you're afraid of water, you can watch them from the boat.
• When getting on or off a vehicle or boat, there are often cases where people leave behind personal belongings, accessories, wallets, etc. It is usually quite difficult to find them in such cases, so please make sure to check your personal belongings carefully when getting on or off.
• Even after payment is completed, it may be cancelled due to reasons such as the number of participants or reservation status. The reservation is not confirmed until you receive a reservation confirmation voucher.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Additional charges will apply for pick-up from more than two hotels (400 pesos one way / 800 pesos round trip).

Tumalok unavailable days

• Tumalog Falls is closed on the second Wednesday of every month due to cleaning.
• Refunds will not be issued due to inability to visit.

Hotel pick-up/drop-off service information

• Those who wish to join the tour immediately after arriving at the airport can also make a reservation.
• Meeting point for international flights: Outside the arrival area of Terminal 2 entrance, in front of the Globe telecom booth

Information on private tours

• Please note that this product is a solo tour in principle, and if you arbitrarily recruit people to conduct a join tour, you will be responsible for any problems that may arise during the tour.

If you change or cancel your reservation after confirming it, a fee according to the special terms and conditions will be applied in accordance with Article 5 (Special Terms and Conditions) of the Travel Terms and Conditions.

If canceled 7-8 days before the product use date, 20% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
If canceled 3-6 days before the product use date, 50% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
On the day of product use – no refund if canceled 2 days in advance

※ Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
