Helios Spa also offers round-trip pick-up service, so you can visit comfortably. 30 minutes before your reservation time, a private vehicle will arrive in front of D Mall McDonald's to pick you up. It's a good idea to arrive early and check out the various attractions at D'Mall.

What to Remember
- The price is the same per person for both children and adults.
- Only available for ages 2 and older.
- Accompanied children can play Netflix or Nintendo games while waiting in the pool, lobby, or outside areas.
- Based on the usage time, you must arrive at the shuttle meeting location 30 minutes before the reservation time for D-Mall and 25 minutes before the reservation time for Henann Park Lagoon, HUE, PNB, E.mall budget mart, and Paradise Garden.
- If you are late for the scheduled use time, it may be canceled as a no-show.
- Free laundry service is available only for the clothes you have worn. Clothes that are sensitive to heat or expensive clothes cannot be washed.
- Just as each person's tastes are different, the intensity of the therapist's massage may also vary.
- The tour is difficult for pregnant women.
- Anyone with a hangover or who drank alcohol that day cannot participate.
- If you are judged to have health risks based on your health condition on the day, you will not be able to participate.
- Depending on local circumstances, the reservation time may inevitably change or a time change may be requested, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation if such a situation arises.
- For single rooms, an additional fee of $20 must be paid on site. (However, if you make a reservation for 3 or more people and use two rooms, no single charge will be incurred.)
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
Cancellation and Refund
- When notified 20 days prior to the start of travel (29~20): 20% of payment fee is deducted
- When notified 7 days before the start of the trip (19~7): 30% of the payment fee is deducted
- If notified 4 days prior to the start of the trip (6~4): 50% of the payment fee will be deducted.
- When notified by the day of travel (3~1 day): Cancellation/refund is not possible
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
