Meeting Point:
It takes place in the lobby of the hotel you are staying at.

* However, only major hotels and resorts in Mactan and Cebu City are available.
* Travelers who wish to use the service immediately after arriving at the airport will be picked up in front of the globe booth located at the airport exit. In this case, please enter the airport/flight number in the hotel name.

• Airport pickup is only available for flights arriving before 2 p.m. Airport pickup is not available for flights arriving after that time.
• Admission to Tumalog Falls may be closed without prior notice depending on local circumstances.
• Minimum of 2 people can purchase.
• If you arrive too early, it will be difficult to wait at the airport, so it is recommended that you make a reservation at a massage shop or accommodation near the airport if possible.
• Children under 3 years old cannot participate in the tour, and the admission fee for adults and children is the same.
• For teams with children, there is no separate staff member to provide care.
• The schedule may vary depending on local traffic conditions and time of year.
• After the tour in Moalboal, you will depart for Cebu. If you are hungry, there are nearby shops or convenience stores, so just tell the driver.
• Those using the shuttle from the hotel must indicate the exact hotel name. (No refunds will be made if pickup is not possible due to incorrect information.)
• Please be sure to come to the lobby 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. If you are not in the lobby at the pickup time, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.

• For any changes, please contact Wagro first. Afterwards, Laxo Travel will revise the changes and send you a new KakaoTalk message. The information you provide may not be delivered to the local staff in the Philippines who will be running the event.
• The meeting place and exact time will be sent to you again via KakaoTalk before the tour.
• The tour schedule is basic and may change depending on weather or local seasonal conditions, and what you can see may vary depending on sea conditions.
• When there are a lot of visitors during whale shark viewing, you may have to wait a long time.
• Vehicles will be operated as single vehicles during the trip, but boats leaving Oslob and Moalboal may be joined by other travelers in the order of arrival .
• In some cases, if the weather or waves make it difficult to visit Pescador, it may be replaced with Sumilon or canyoning. If you do not want to visit, a partial refund is available, but if you wish to visit Moalboal, please note that you can snorkel at a nearby point and there is no refund.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Additional charges apply for pick-up from more than one hotel (100 pesos per person).
• If you rent or bring a GoPro, the guide will not take photos for you. You must take the photos yourself.

Information on private tours

• This product is a solo tour in principle. If you arbitrarily recruit people to conduct a join tour, we inform you that all problems that occur during the tour are the responsibility of the traveler. If canceled 7-8 days before the date of use, full refund
If canceled 3-6 days before the date of use, 50% of the payment amount will be deducted
On the day of use - No refund for cancellation or non-attendance 2 days in advance
If a reservation is made by a package customer, absolutely no refund is possible.

※ Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
