• If you make a reservation on a restaurant holiday, the voucher may be delayed until the next day due to the restaurant being closed.
• For confirmed reservations only, vouchers will be issued within 48 hours based on Wag's business hours.
• Since the business needs to check availability, your reservation is not confirmed until you receive the voucher.

Restaurant Manners

• When visiting the restaurant, shorts, T-shirts, and sandals are prohibited.
• Please note that the use of perfume is also prohibited.
• Please wear at least long pants and a shirt when you visit.

For reservations of less than 6 people, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to the meal.
For reservations of 7 people or more, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to the meal, and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled 31 days prior to the meal.
