Precautions when using

• Since this pass is magnetic, if the magnet is damaged, the pass may not be read at the gate. When storing the pass, please do not store it with cell phones, magnets, credit cards, etc.
• We are not responsible for any external damage other than magnetic damage.
• If you are unable to use your pass while using it, please present your pass directly to the station staff without passing through the ticket gate.
• If the date is not printed on the back of the pass, it will not be read at the ticket gate. In this case, please exchange it for a new pass at the actual pass collection point (ticket exchange point).
• If you are requesting a refund for a pass that cannot be used due to a problem with the pass (if the date is not printed), you must return the actual pass to the ticket exchange location. Please understand that refunds cannot be made without the pass.
• This product is a pass for foreigners only and cannot be refunded or exchanged at general subway stations. If there is a problem with the pass, please be sure to contact the ticket exchange office (+81-70-1404-2928).

- Free cancellation is possible before exchanging physical tickets.
- After exchanging a physical ticket, only unused tickets can be refunded by going to a designated ticket office and paying a refund fee of 220 yen.
- Cancellation and refund are not possible after the expiration date.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
