• Schedule, product composition, and details may be subject to change or cancellation depending on weather and local conditions.

• If you are late for the meeting time, you will be treated as a no-show and will not be able to use it at a later time.

• Canyoneering cancellations due to local circumstances such as bad weather are usually notified by local authorities in the Philippines in the morning. Please understand in advance that you may receive a canyoning cancellation notice while on the way to the canyoning location or while moving to Oslob.
• If the activity is canceled due to bad weather or natural disaster, a 100% refund is possible.
• This product is only available to Cebu independent travelers.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Even after payment is completed, it may be canceled due to reasons such as number of guests or reservation status. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• After confirming your reservation, if you do not receive tour-related information, please contact the emergency contact number listed on the voucher.
• Canyoneering is accompanied by a certified lifeguard from Zhou, Philippines throughout the entire itinerary. Be sure to follow the instructions of the safety personnel.
• During the tour, it may be cold due to the air conditioning in the vehicle. It's a good idea to bring a jacket or blanket.
• If you suffer from severe car sickness, please bring your own motion sickness medication in advance.
• Please take care of your personal belongings, accessories, wallet, etc. when getting on and off the vehicle/boat.
• If you leave your personal belongings behind, it can be quite difficult to find them. Be sure to check your personal belongings carefully!
• You can use the restroom or convenience store while traveling. In this case, just tell the driver to go to the gas station.
• Breakfast is not provided. When traveling in the morning, it's a good idea to buy breakfast from McDonald's, etc.
• After the tour ends, if you are hungry when leaving for Cebu, you can use a nearby store or convenience store. Please tell the driver.

Information on solo tours

• In principle, this product is a solo tour, and if you arbitrarily recruit people and conduct a join tour, we inform you that the traveler is responsible for any problems that arise during the tour. • In some cases, if it is difficult to visit Pescador Island due to weather or waves, you can substitute Sumilon or canyoneering products. (However, if the product price is the same, it is possible without paying an additional fee. However, there are places where additional fees apply, so you must listen carefully to the guide's explanation. You can also ask for help through KakaoTalk.) If you do not wish to switch to another location, please note that snorkeling is possible at Coral Reef, a snorkeling point near Moalboal, and there are no refunds.
