- This voucher can only be used once and cannot be reused.
- After exchanging the voucher, you can freely enter the museum on that day with the actual ticket you received. However, you must carry the actual ticket with you.
- Please enter through the glass entrance on the right side of the building, the 'Rose Center', or the 'Gilder Center' at the back, whichever has the shorter line.
- Wheelchair accessible.
- Please make sure to bring your passport or ID card before entering.
- Children under 2 years old can enter for free. Please bring your passport on site.
- General admission does not include special exhibitions.
- If you wish to see a special exhibition, you can do so by paying an additional fee ($10) when exchanging your voucher at the ticket booth.
- If you are visiting on a weekend, we recommend visiting in the morning to avoid the crowds.
- There are no separate lockers provided. We recommend that you bring as little belongings as possible.
- Changes and refunds are not possible for unused tickets within the validity period.
