• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• After confirming your reservation, be sure to check the provided voucher in detail and print it or carry it on your mobile phone.
• Reservations can be made for a minimum of 2 people, and this is a join-in tour that can depart from a minimum of 3 people. Please note that if the number of guests is not met, the tour is not possible, and cancellation information will be provided 2 days prior to the tour designated date.
• Schedule, product composition, and details may be subject to change or cancellation depending on weather and local conditions.
• In case of cancellation or change due to weather or local conditions, etc., we may notify you of the cancellation or change the day before the tour or 1 hour before the tour. Please be sure to check KakaoTalk.
• The tour will continue even in rainy weather, and you must purchase your own raincoat. (5 ringgit)
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Additional costs may apply if you change the pick-up/drop-off location after your reservation is confirmed, and changes may not be possible depending on local circumstances.
• We are not responsible for any disadvantages arising from information entered incorrectly when making a reservation (name/contact information/date of use/KakaoTalk ID, etc.) or theft or loss.
• Only Boracay independent travelers can make reservations, and customers using package/semi-package products cannot make reservations.
• The same refund policy applies even if a customer using a package/semi-package product requests a refund after making a reservation.
• As there is a risk of loss, we ask that you keep your valuables with you or store them safely. We are not responsible for any loss/damage.
• This tour is an overseas tour product that takes place overseas, so all responsibility lies with the local tour company, and local insurance standards apply.
• Personal travel insurance is essential when traveling abroad. Be sure to sign up for separate personal travel insurance before traveling to Korea.

• Safety accidents may occur during tours and water play. Be sure to follow the safety rules to prevent unexpected accidents.
• We are not responsible for personal actions that do not follow the precautions or guide's instructions, or for accidents that occur due to personal carelessness.
• Do not dive before or after boarding the plane or within 24 hours of boarding the plane. Be sure to make a reservation with more than 24 hours left until your flight departure time. (No diving within 24 hours after boarding the plane / No diving within 24 hours before boarding the plane)
• Diving is not permitted if you have pneumothorax, perforation, high blood pressure, diabetes, or other diseases or are taking medications. If the doctor deems it possible and you prepare a doctor's note in both English and Korean, diving is possible under the doctor's responsibility.
• Diving is possible only when you are in good health. Please refrain from making a reservation if you are pregnant or in an unhealthy physical condition such as the flu or high fever, or if you are in poor physical condition, as diving is not possible.
• If you hide your health condition and proceed with the tour, you, the tour party, are responsible for any accidents or problems that occur, and the company and tour staff are not responsible.
• If you have been drinking, you cannot proceed with the tour. If you have been drinking, you must tell us through KakaoTalk consultation or a guide before starting the tour. If you hide this and proceed with the tour, you, the tour party, will be responsible for any accidents or problems that occur, and the company and tour staff will be responsible for it. We do not take responsibility.

•Reservations for this product will be confirmed within 3 days of purchase based on business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
•In case of cancellation after confirmation of reservation, the following refund policy applies.

•If this product is changed/cancelled after the reservation is confirmed, a fee according to the special terms and conditions will be applied pursuant to Article 5 (Special Terms and Conditions) of the Travel Terms and Conditions.

-Cancellation 21 days prior to the date of use: full refund
-If canceled 20 to 8 days before the date of use: refund after 20% deduction
-If canceled 7-2 days before the date of use: refund after 60% deduction
-If canceled 1 day before or on the day of use: No refund


Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
•Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
•Based on business hours, if you request cancellation of your reservation 2 days prior to the date of use and do not use it without confirming the cancellation, or if you are unable to participate in the tour due to not meeting the meeting time, you will be treated as a no-show (reservation canceled) and no refund will be possible.
