Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time.

• This product is available for at least 2 people.
• People with circulatory/respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or drinking alcohol on the day are not permitted to participate.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad. Learn more
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Minors under the age of 18 require a guardian's signature on the consent form.
• Please wear a swimsuit in advance.
• Please bring your own water, change of clothes, towel, shower equipment, sunscreen, and hat.
• Parking is available for free.
• The tour may be canceled due to bad weather, etc. Even when refunding for this reason Remittance fees will be deducted.
• Depending on your health condition on the day, you may not be able to participate. please understand.
• The order of the Marine Walk & Snorkeling Package may change depending on weather conditions.
• This product is available for ages 8 to 59.
• Only people with shoulder width of 25cm or more can use it. Anyone under 25cm cannot participate as the Marine Walk helmet is not secured. Please understand.
• People weighing more than 100kg cannot use the facility as wetsuits are not provided.
• Pregnant women cannot participate for safety reasons. Please note that if you are identified on the day of the tour, participation and tour costs will not be refunded.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
