• If you wish to use the service with a group, the representative must pay in full to ensure that you are guided to the same time slot at closing time.
• On the day of ticket purchase, you must arrive at least 20 minutes before the start time to participate in the experience.

• Please bring your voucher and ID (passport) when entering.
• Children 3 years old and under can enter for free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
• Child rates apply to children aged 4 to 12.
• Children under 110cm tall must be accompanied by an adult guardian to enter.
• Operating hours may change on public holidays.
• This ticket cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded after reservation is confirmed.

Spot the dolphins

• Interact with dolphins in waist-deep water.
• Children under 110cm tall must be accompanied by an adult during the experience.

Face the dolphin

• Interact with dolphins up close without going into the water.
• Suitable for children who cannot swim or are under 4 years of age.

Dolphin Adventure

• Swim in deep waters with bottlenose dolphins.
• This experience is not recommended for non-swimmers.
• Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your selected time in your swimsuit.
• A parent or guardian (age 21 or older) must be present to grant permission for participation to participants under the age of 21.
• Only masks and snorkels are provided. Participants must bring their own swimsuits, flippers, etc.
• Photography and video recording are not permitted. An official photographer will be on site to take photos. A separate fee will be charged for purchasing photos.

Dolphin watching ( not available for single purchase )

• Watch dolphins from your shaded poolside seat.
• Ask your Dolphin Island host everything you want to know about dolphin behavior.
• For groups of 2 or more, this ticket is for those who do not wish to participate in the dolphin spotting, dolphin encounter , or dolphin adventure experiences .
• Single ticket purchases are not possible. Please purchase at least one of the following products : Dolphin Spotting, Dolphin Encounter, or Dolphin Adventure .

Ex) 3 people are expected to visit,   > A total of 3 tickets can be purchased : Spot the Dolphins (2 people), Watch the Dolphins (1 person) or Spot the Dolphins (1 person), Encounter the Dolphins (1 person), Watch the Dolphins (1 person)
For solo visitors, choose one of the following : Dolphin Spotting, Dolphin Encounter, or Dolphin Adventure ( Dolphin Watching tickets cannot be purchased together with other tickets.)
