• If there are more than two weeks left until the performance date based on the reservation date, an e-ticket will be sent to you by email two weeks before the performance date.
• If there are less than 2 weeks left until the performance date based on the reservation date, e-tickets will be sent by email at least 1 hour before the performance.
• If there are less than 2 weeks left until the performance date based on the reservation date, the reservation may be cancelled depending on the performance venue's circumstances, so please make a reservation at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Please check your inbox and spam folder for your e-ticket. Seat information is listed on the e-ticket, and you must present it upon entry.
• These tickets sell out quickly. Please note that your reservation may not be confirmed at the time of purchase, so we recommend that you make your reservation well in advance.
• During peak season, some reservations may not be confirmed within 48 hours. We will notify you as soon as possible.
• Confirmation of reservation name (passport name) is required prior to entry. Please enter the correct passport name when filling out the information.
• Please make sure to bring your passport or ID with a photo attached before entering.
• Seats will be randomly assigned within the selected class. Please check the seat map.
• On certain days, seats may be on standby and may not be confirmed (in which case, customers will be notified separately).
• Since reservations are processed after checking availability in real time, reservations may be cancelled due to reasons such as seat availability.
• Please note that if there are multiple show times on the same date, Broadway may change prices based on time slot popularity.
• Please understand that seat changes are not possible after reservation.
• Children under 4 years of age are not permitted to enter.
• The performance lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes (including intermission).
• If you wish to sit with a companion, please make a reservation together. As this show sells out quickly, we cannot guarantee consecutive seats depending on reservation status.
