Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the designated time.

• Available only to Boracay independent travelers.
• Customers using package/semi-package products cannot use or receive refunds. If you are late for the meeting time, you will be treated as a no-show and cannot use or refund.
• Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• It may be canceled at short notice depending on the weather (for safety reasons).
• Reservations are not possible on the day of arrival in Boracay.
• The minimum number of reservations is 2 people.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.

If canceled 48 hours prior to the date of use: full refund
If canceled 24 hours before the date of use: 50% refund possible
Cancellation and refund are not possible after this.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
