- The tour will be conducted with a guide who can speak English and Japanese.
- Valid only on the specified date and time.
- Please select the correct departure location when making your reservation. Palette Kumoji meeting is at 8:20 AM, T Galleria meeting is at 8:50 AM.
- If the minimum number of participants is not 10, the tour may be cancelled. In that case, we will contact you in advance.
- The first Wednesday of December and the following day (Thursday) are Churaumi Aquarium's own holidays.
- Lunch is not included, so please eat lunch individually at Churaumi Aquarium.
- Manzamo requires a separate admission fee of ￥100, so please pay at the reception.
- The bus is white with three blue stripes and has CERULEAN BLUE written on the body.
- The schedule may change depending on traffic conditions on the day.
- From October 2, 2020, Manzamo will require a separate admission fee of ￥100.
- The order of each facility may change depending on road conditions on the day.
- Seats are originally reserved. Depending on the situation, seats may be shared. Thank you for your understanding.
- Passengers who have flights after the tour ends are advised to join the tour with plenty of time until their flight time. If you miss your flight due to traffic congestion, there will be no refund or compensation.
- Customers who plan to shop at T Galleria can disembark and return to T Galleria.
- The tour may be canceled due to bad weather. If the tour is canceled, refunds will be made via bank deposit. Please note that the customer is responsible for the transfer fee at that time.
- Please understand in advance that the difference in price will not be refunded even if there are facilities that cannot be visited on the day due to bad weather or other reasons.
