• Please check your mobile voucher.
• Please present your mobile voucher at the meeting location on the day of use.
• Valid only on the specified date.

Meeting point for airport pick-up:
Caticlan Airport Ticket Booth No. 16 (Located right behind the parking lot)

Meeting time for airport pick-up:
A guide will be waiting for you based on the flight information you have entered in advance.

Meeting point for hotel pick-up:
The meeting will be held in front of the hotel you entered.

Meeting time for hotel pick up:
Please make your reservation approximately 3 hours prior to your departure flight time.

• Children under 5 years old can ride for free. If you are traveling with a child, please fill in the special instructions in the ticket details section.
• Child safety seats are included. Please indicate in the notes section if required.
• If you are using the pick-up/sanding service on the day of your return, please select a meeting time at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled flight time.

Free cancellation possible if cancelled 48 hours prior to the date of use
No cancellation, change, or refund after cancellation

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
