What to Remember
- Passengers aged 3 to 12 must purchase a child ticket. All passengers under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a passenger 15 years of age or older.
- Children under 2 years old can ride for free. Strollers must be folded and stored.
- New York Big Bus operates daily except Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve. There may be restrictions due to weather, events, etc.
- Please select the date you would like to board the bus when booking. If you are touring for more than one day, you must use your ticket on consecutive days. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for further details.
- The New York Big Bus has a high upper deck and the wheelchair lift can accommodate up to 294kg.
- Show your ticket (printed or mobile voucher) at one of the Big Bus stops or to a staff member on board the bus. The staff will issue you a receipt that you can use to board the bus as long as your ticket is valid.
