• We will send you an electronic voucher by email. Please exchange for a physical ticket at the designated location.
• Upon check-in, please present your passport matching the name on your ticket.
• Passengers must check in at least 1 hour prior to departure time.
• It can only be used on the date and operating hours selected at the time of reservation.
• This product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• After your ticket is successfully issued, you will receive an electronic voucher within 2-5 days of boarding.
• Print the voucher and present it along with the passports of all passengers when boarding the ferry.
• We strictly enforce a policy of limiting carry-on baggage (backpack or trolley bag) to one piece per passenger.
• The total size of the trolley bag cannot exceed 130cm. If it exceeds this, it will be treated as checked baggage along with other bags or belongings.
• Weight less than 15kg: Baggage that does not occupy seats or aisle space
• Business class passengers are provided with 20kg of free baggage. Tourist and outdoor class passengers are provided with 15kg of free baggage.
• Porter fees are a voluntary agreement between porters and passengers.
• Pregnant passengers, regardless of the number of months pregnant, must bring a medical certificate stating that they are fit to travel on their scheduled trip.
• Oversized baggage fee is ₱120 - 400 per piece. (depending on weight)
• Infants aged 0 - 2 can ride the ferry for free. (Shared seat with parents)
• If travelers miss the ferry, they can reschedule their tickets at the dock. (Additional fees may apply)
• Ferry schedules may change without notice. Please check the information after booking.
• Tickets may be issued approximately 2 weeks prior to travel date.
