Bali: Snap Photo Tour

• Present your voucher to the driver waiting at the meeting point
• Please check the pickup time on your voucher.
• It can only be used on the specified date.

Meeting point:

Pick-up from the lobby of your hotel.
Please be sure to check the exact pick-up time as it will be sent to you via voucher after completing your reservation.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the meeting time.

• The original photo CD file will be delivered to the hotel lobby the day after the photo shoot. If delivery is difficult, it will be delivered via Dropbox email.
• The filming location can be chosen freely, but long distances are not possible.
• We do not provide a separate happy call to your room.
• The Basic Bali Snap Photography Package includes a 6-seater vehicle and a photographer, and can be used by purchasing one package for 1 to 4 people.
• The vehicle provided can accommodate a maximum of 2 people / without luggage, a maximum of 4 people.
• Please indicate your desired filming location when making a reservation. We will inform you in advance if additional charges for long distances apply.
• Reservation hours are 07:00 AM - 16:00 PM and may vary by region.
• The usage time is calculated from the time you meet the photographer, and the final usage time is until the hotel drop-off time.
• Since this product operates on a reservation system, on-site payment is not possible.
• You must prepare any parts not included in the product composition yourself. (costumes, props)
• The round-trip hotel pick-up service time provided by the company will be notified with the voucher after completing the reservation.
• By default, the meeting will be held at the requested hotel lobby, and in case of exceptions, you will be notified in advance through Happy Call.
• In the case of Bali Club Med, the driver's access is restricted, so pick-up is carried out in a security area. Hotels like these will provide you with information regarding meeting points in advance.
• If the pick-up/drop-off location is different, please check with the driver directly.
• You are responsible for theft/loss of your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost items.
• After meeting with the driver, you must check the driver's contact information directly and communicate with him.
• Due to poor road conditions in Bali, the pick-up vehicle may be delayed from the scheduled time.
• Complaints/refund requests due to delay in pick-up meeting time are not possible.
