What to Remember
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Spa massage and spa scrub massage are available to adults only.
- After purchasing the product, please let us know the date of use, name, and contact information via KakaoTalk.
- You are responsible for any loss or theft that occurs on site. Please be careful.
- To ensure a smooth reservation process, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled use time.
- Laundry (drying) service is only available for the clothes you came with. (Clothing other than worn, beach towels, etc. not permitted)
- Please be aware of any damage to the fabric after washing (water loss, stains, damage, etc.). We are unable to provide assistance in this regard.
- Babysitter service (child care service) costs 200 pesos per person.
- After the massage, you can participate in the infinity pool, Ventana pool, and fairway pool party (Thursday and Saturday: 16-20 p.m.) by paying 200 pesos per person on site.
- The tour is difficult for pregnant women.
- Anyone with a hangover or who drank alcohol that day cannot participate.
- If you are judged to have health risks based on your health condition on the day, you will not be able to participate.

Cancellation and Refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
