From October 2, 2024, the SUNQ Pass Northern Kyushu product has been changed to an e-ticket.

• This product does not require exchange for a separate physical pass, and the voucher itself issued after completing the reservation is used as a ticket.

Pass usage guide

• The validity period is 5 days from the start of use. (Consecutive or non-consecutive possible)
• It can be used for 5 days including the start date selected at the time of reservation, and the usage time is calculated as 1 day from 03:00 to 26:59, and boarding and disembarking between 24:00 and 26:59 is considered as use on the previous day.
• ex1) If you start using it at 09:00 on January 1st, you can use it until 26:59 (2:59 AM) on January 5th.
• ex2) If you start using it at 09:00 on January 1st and do not use it on January 2nd, you can use it on two days between January 3rd, 4th, and 5th (non-consecutive possible example)
• ex3) If you start using it at 02:00 on January 1, it will be calculated as the previous day's use (December 31) and can be used until 26:59 on January 4 (2:59 a.m.)

Refunds are only possible before 18:00 the day before the start of use, and a cancellation fee of 110 yen per ticket is applied.
