• Adults: 12 years old and older / Children: 6 - 11 years old. Children under 5 years old and pregnant women are not allowed to use the facility.
• The safety personnel are local and can speak some Korean and Japanese.
• Available for ages 6 and up, but children between the ages of 6 and 11 must be accompanied by a guardian
• Those with systemic illnesses or poor physical or mental condition should be cautious when using water activities, and please inquire before making a reservation.
• Life jackets must be worn and individual activities should be avoided in areas without safety personnel.
• Drinking alcohol is not permitted during the tour.
• The tour takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours including travel time, and the parasailing ride takes about 5 to 6 minutes.
• Parasailing is for two people, so if there is an odd number of people, you may board with another reservation team member. The experience is available for a minimum of one person.
• After your reservation is confirmed, we will inform you of the exact meeting time.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• The tour itinerary may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.

▶ Pickup Information

• This tour will be conducted in a 12-seater van, and carriers and car seats cannot be brought or provided.
• Please make sure to check the pickup time and hotel on the voucher you received by email.
• Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pick-up time, and the pick-up guide will call your name. Just present your voucher and board the vehicle.
• Please understand that it may be difficult to arrive on time as each hotel picks up in order.
• If your accommodation is not listed in the pick-up information, please wait in the lobby of a nearby hotel. We will recommend a nearby hotel when we issue the voucher.

If you notify 7 days (~7) before the start of your trip: Full refund of the travel fee
If you notify 3 days (6~3) before the start of your trip: 50% of the payment fee will be deducted
If you notify by the day of your trip (2~the day): No cancellation/refund
