• For breakfast, only those who want to stop by Jollibee on the way and eat breakfast can pay for it individually.
• Items you bring during the canyoneering tour will be placed in a waterproof bag.
• For canyoneering tours, shoes with slightly thick soles are better than thin soles.
• For swimwear, it is recommended that you prepare a long-sleeved top.
• Once you have completed purchasing the product, you will be notified of the reservation confirmation via KakaoTalk.
• Please note that it is not yet confirmed until you receive guidance via KakaoTalk.

• We will inform you of the pick-up time and preparations via KakaoTalk the day before.
• The minimum number of guests is 2. If 2 people are not invited at least 7 days before the tour, the tour may be cancelled.
• Schedule, product composition, and details may be subject to change or cancellation depending on weather and local conditions.
• Canyoneering cancellations due to local circumstances such as bad weather are usually notified by local authorities in the Philippines in the morning. Please understand in advance that you may receive a canyoning cancellation notice while on the way to the canyoning location or while moving to Oslob.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance and participate in the tour. Shortcuts
• It is difficult to provide assistance in the event of injury or damage to electronic devices due to personal negligence during the tour.
• Please leave important items (valuables, electronic devices, etc.) at the base camp.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.
• Vehicles will be allocated based on the number of people applying for the join tour and luggage volume on the day.
• You can carry a suitcase. Please inquire about car seats via message.
• You can rent it by bringing your own Micro SD card or purchasing it at a local base camp.
• When bringing a Micro SD card, please prepare a Class 10 or higher (8 GB to 32 GB) product. (An error occurs if it is over 64GB.)
• It is recommended that you bring your own underwater camera to take photos and videos of your choice.
• There is no compensation for loss of photos due to camera defects, etc.
• Micro SD card can be purchased for 400 to 450 pesos when purchased through the guide. (by type)

Cancellation 7 days before the date of use: full refund
On the day of use - If canceled 6 days before the date of use, full refund is not possible / Cancellation is not possible

Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
