Meeting Point:
1. Free pick-up is provided from your hotel in Naha city.

* Pickup is done on a first-come, first-served basis, and there may be cases where pickup is not possible even if you requested pickup. Please understand.
* We will contact you individually about the exact pickup time the evening before.

* There is a flag that says NEWS hanging at the port entrance, and a reception staff member is waiting on the side where the flag is.

Departure time:

• 1st round departure: 09:00 am
• 2nd departure: 11:00 AM
• 3rd departure: 13:30 PM
• 4th departure: 15:30 PM

* Please arrive at the port 30 minutes before departure time.

• For this product, a voucher will be sent after confirmation of progress within 8 hours on WAUG business days.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive your voucher.
• It takes about 90 minutes and the experience time is about 10 minutes.
• The time may vary slightly depending on the number of people experiencing it.
• If one person participates, depending on the wind strength, you may be able to experience it with other customers or local staff.
• Available for ages 6 to 64.
• Minors under the age of 20 must be accompanied by a guardian or obtain prior parental consent.
• Free pick-up is limited to hotels in Naha, and pick-up is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis, so there may be cases where pick-up is not possible even if you wish. Please understand.
• We will contact you individually about the exact pickup time the evening before.
• Please come in clothes that can get wet and bring a change of clothes just in case.
• It is okay to wear clothes other than a swimsuit, but we recommend bringing a change of clothes.
• Please wear shoes without heels if possible.
• 4/1~4/28, 5/7~7/14, 9/18~3/31 are off-season rates.
• 4/29~4/30, 5/1~5/6, 7/15~9/17 are peak season rates.
• We provide free rental of action cameras to local customers.
• If you would like to rent an action cam, please select action cam rental when making a reservation.
• For customers who use the pick-up service, action camera rental is available for a fee. (2000 yen paid locally)
• We will deliver the camera to you before your flight, so you can take pictures yourself and the photo data will be delivered on the same day via Airdrop or LINE.
• If you would like to rent, please let us know in advance or upon registration on the day.
• Depending on sea conditions and weather, cancellation and time may change.
• Pregnant women cannot participate for safety reasons. Please note that if you are identified on the day of the tour, participation and tour costs will not be refunded.
• Only healthy people weighing more than 20kg can participate.
• We recommend that you sign up for travel insurance to prepare for unexpected situations. Sign up
• Please come in clothes that can get wet.
• Please bring a change of clothes just in case.

10 to 8 days before the date of use: 20% of the travel price
7 to 2 days before the date of use: 30% of the travel price
Day before use date: 50% of travel price
On the day of use: 100% of the travel price
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
• If you cancel your reservation due to your own circumstances, a cancellation fee will be charged as above in accordance with the regulations.
• Please also understand that you will be responsible for all fees incurred during refunds.
