• A minimum of 2 people can participate in this tour, and ages 5 to 60 can participate. (Experience diving is available for ages 10 - 60)
• When making a reservation, the company will request English name, height, weight, and foot size information for all users through KakaoTalk. Please provide accurate information to ensure a smooth tour.
• If there are less than 2 participants, the tour may be cancelled. Please understand.
• People with circulatory/respiratory system diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, etc., or those who drank too much the day before or on the day are not permitted to participate for safety reasons.
• If only minors participate, a consent form signed by their parents is required.
• Children under 12 years of age cannot participate alone.
• Children under the age of 10 must pay an intensive care fee of 1,500 yen/person on site.
• Diving: Up to 2 people per instructor / Snorkeling: Up to 6 people per instructor
• Even if it rains, the tour will proceed as normal if the waves are not high.
• In case of bad weather or high waves, the tour may be canceled and a full refund will be issued in case of cancellation.
• If the ship cannot depart due to sea conditions, an alternative route will be taken. (Notice the day before)
• It takes about 7 minutes to take a boat from the port to Blue Cave Point. If you are concerned about seasickness, please take seasickness medication individually.

If cancellation is requested 10 to 8 days prior to the date of use: refund after 20% deduction
If cancellation is requested 7 to 2 days prior to the date of use: refund after 30% deduction
If cancellation is requested 1 day before the date of use: refund after 50% deduction
When requesting a refund afterward: No refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
