• Once you receive your voucher after completing payment, your tour reservation is complete. You will receive your voucher by email within 12 hours.
• You can print the voucher you received by email or save it on your phone and present it to the massage shop manager.
• The voucher is only valid for the date and time you booked.
• If reservations are tight, you may not be able to make a reservation on your desired date and time.
• It is difficult to change schedule on the day of the massage. Please make sure to check the schedule carefully and make a reservation.
• If the date and time you reserved for the massage are difficult, you will receive a refund immediately.
• A simple shower facility is provided. If you would like to shower, we recommend that you do so at least 30 minutes before the massage begins.
• As this is an individual transfer product, separate pick-up and sending is not included.
• If you would like to use a nanny service, please write in the ‘Requests’ section when making a reservation.

A 30% cancellation fee will be charged up to 15 days prior to the selected date.
Cancellation fee of 50% occurs 4 to 14 days prior to selected date.
Cancellation fee of 90% occurs 2 to 3 days prior to selected date.
Cancellation fee of 100% occurs 0 to 1 day before the selected date.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
