The cultural exchange exhibition room introduces the history of cultural exchange between Japan, Asia, and Europe, and displays works showing each cultural exchange according to themes from the Paleolithic era to the Edo period.

The Super Hi -Vision Theater is showing ultra-high definition 8K Super Hi-Vision videos, so enjoy the beautiful movie on the 320-inch screen.

This is an entrance mainly for visitors using Dizaifu Station.
The entrance hall has a general information center, museum hall, and open cafe.

- Museum Hall:
We hold various events such as lectures and concerts.

- Azipa:
This is an experiential exhibition room where you can enjoy the cultures of countries that had exchanges with Japan with all five senses.

3F
Special exhibition room:
A wooden exhibition room with an area of approximately 1,500 m2 and a ceiling height of 7 m. It consists of three exhibition rooms: large, medium, and small, and the theme changes every time.

Cultural Exchange Exhibition Room:
The works are displayed under five themes, covering the history of cultural exchange between Japan and Asia, from the Paleolithic Age to the late modern era (foundation).
You can always enjoy fresh exhibitions through exhibition changes in some exhibition cases almost every week.

If you've seen all the various exhibitions, you can't miss the experience, right? The free experiential exhibition room 'Ajipa' on the first floor, meaning "field of Asia," allows you to experience with all five senses the culture of Asian and European countries that had exchanges with Japan. Now, I will explain about the various experience facilities.

1. Azian
- This is a space where the most notable works of Ajipa are exhibited.

2. Ajigya
- Various topics are selected and displayed depending on the period. You can also experience working as a curator or archaeologist.

3. Danada
- You can listen to the sounds and music heard on the streets of various countries, or see things being made.
