- Due to vehicle dispatch, there may be a waiting time of approximately 20 minutes for pick-up and drop-off.
- You can ride with other guests in the vehicle.
- Massage product/time can be changed after paying an on-site additional fee (inquire on-site)
- You can change the airport drop-off to a hotel drop-off.
- An additional fee of 10,000 won is added when picking up from Pier 1 Port/South Terminal.
- For areas within Mactan (Shangri-La, Movenpick, B, White Sand, Costabella, Crimson, J Park, Isla Maribago Blue Water, Wonrich), an additional pick-up fee of 20,000 won is added.
- Outside Mactan (Sheraton, Dusit Thani, Plantation Pacific, Solea), an additional pick-up fee of 25,000 won is added.
- Additional pick-up costs in Mactan are per vehicle.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
