1. Admission tickets can be issued at vending machines in Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway.
2. Please bring a voucher containing the QR code of your Tokyo Metro ticket and obtain a ticket from a travel vending machine at the Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway. (Only vending machines with a red mark can be used)
3. Please check the image of the vending machines that can issue vouchers.
4. If your station does not have a vending machine, you can talk to a station employee and they will guide you to a station with a vending machine.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo

• Children aged 0-3 are admitted free of charge, but tickets are required and can be purchased at the ticket office.
• Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
• You may be asked to present identification to verify your age.
• There is no discount for disability certificate.
• Please note that re-entry is not permitted after the Studio Tour has ended.
• Tickets cannot be refunded, transferred, or changed. Any attempt to transfer or change the ticket will result in the ticket being rendered invalid.
• Tickets cannot be resold and will be void if discovered.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please keep your tickets safe until your visit.
• Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled studio tour time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.
• If you do not enter the Studio Tour at the designated time, later entry is not guaranteed.
• If you plan to arrive by car, please contact us in advance to reserve parking (you can get contact information by visiting the official website of Warner Bros. Studios Tokyo - Making of Harry Potter).
• Certain areas within the Studio Tour have special effects. Visitors with high blood pressure, heart disease, or other medical conditions are advised to consult with Studio Tour staff and avoid those areas.

• Tickets cannot be purchased locally and must be purchased in advance.

Tokyo Metro 24-hour pass

• When purchasing admission/tickets, you must present the voucher containing the QR code issued upon completing the reservation.
• For electronic terminals that cannot present a QR code, please print out the voucher containing the QR code in advance and bring it with you.
• If you cannot present the “QR code”, the voucher cannot be used.
• You can get on and off the Tokyo Subway and Toei Subway at any station.
• The expiration date will be written on the ticket when you pass through the first gate after receiving the actual ticket.
• If you are unable to receive a physical ticket at the station office, you can scan the QR code on the voucher at a ticket machine for travelers to receive a physical ticket. If you have any difficulties using the ticket, please ask the staff for assistance at any time.
• You can use it by simply passing through the gate within the validity period.
• This ticket cannot be resold.
