What to Remember
- Children ages 4 to 6 are charged 50% of the adult rate, and children ages 7 and older are charged the adult rate.

- From March to October, comfortable, cool clothing is recommended, and please bring sunglasses.
- From November to February, evenings in the desert are cool, so please bring long sleeves or a jumper for fall.
- It is difficult to provide child car seats.
- It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
Cancellation and Refund
- If notified 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29~20): 10% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- When notified 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): 15% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- If notified 1 to 5 days prior to the start of the trip: 20% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- On the day of travel ~ upon notification before the start of the tour: 50% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
The date and time of your cancellation request will be based on the local time of your trip.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
