What to Remember
- Even if you have completed payment, your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Voucher validity period: Same day as participation date
- Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes prior to your reservation time.
- Please return the kimono by 17:30 on the same day.
- Next-day return is possible by paying 550 yen per person on site (response time: 9:30 a.m. - 17:00 p.m.)
- Because kimono tightens the stomach, pregnant customers are advised not to wear it.
- The shoes provided (flip-flops) are prone to chafing, so please bring your own shoes if you plan to walk a lot.
- The kimono has an open neck (back). If you wear an inner layer, we recommend that it not cover your neck.
- Many people feel that kimonos are cold in winter. We recommend wearing underwear, leggings, arm warmers, or a stole that do not cover the neck.
- It takes about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes from reception to putting on the kimono. Please understand that you may have to wait depending on the situation on the day.
- A simple hair setting service is included (for women only), but if you wish to rent additional curling irons or hair accessories, please pay additionally on site (1,650 yen/person).
- The photo and actual kimono worn may differ.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation is not possible after 1 day before the participation date.
✳︎ Please return the item by 17:00 on the same day.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
