Take the 18B/27B series bus at the Tenjin Post Office stop and get off at the Kogabashi Torias-mae stop and walk for 8 minutes.

• If you drink alcohol before the experience, you cannot participate.
• Those who are pregnant or may be pregnant are not permitted to participate.
• If the staff determines that use is unavailable, it may be difficult to proceed with the experience.
• Operations may be suspended due to weather or equipment failure.
• We are not responsible for accidents that occur due to failure to follow employee instructions and precautions.
• Even if you are unable to participate due to insufficient health or physical conditions, no refunds will be issued, so please check thoroughly before making a reservation.
• Conditions for use: Elementary school first grade or above, height over 110cm, weight under 100kg.
• If you are under 18 years of age, you cannot use it alone and must participate with a guardian.
• Each guardian can bring up to 3 children.
• Wearing work gloves is recommended for the course experience, and can be purchased locally for 300 yen.

Cancellation fee 0% 1 day before designated date
If you cancel or do not use the service on the designated date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
