• If you have a flexible ticket, you must use it within the month you selected (e.g. if you selected July 1st, you must visit by July 31st)
• Reservations must be made 2 days prior to the date of your visit.
• Entry is possible with the name and phone number of the person who made the reservation. Please present the Harry Potter exhibition voucher you reserved after purchase, not the voucher that was sent.
• Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis, and if the number of people on the day exceeds the limit, entry will not be possible. We recommend arriving at the site as early as possible.
• Children under 2 years old can enter for free without a ticket.
• Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
• Due to limited exhibition space, carriers and strollers are not allowed.
• Admission is at 30-minute intervals.
• Re-entry is not permitted after exiting.
• No food or drink allowed.
• During peak season, you may be asked to store your luggage and backpacks at the hotel concierge. This service is available for a fee.
• This product cannot be changed or cancelled after reservation is confirmed.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
