• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• The minimum reservation for this tour is 2 people. If you wish to use one room per person, please purchase it for two people.
• For 1 adult + 1 child, the adult and child rates are the same.
• For 2 adults + 1 child, child rate applies.
• For 2 adults and 2 children, 2 rooms at the Winrich Hotel are provided, and the adult and child rates are the same.
• Winrich Hotel breakfast hours are 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM.
• The massage is reserved under the guest's name at 11 a.m. at the Healing Spa, and the Healing Spa is located in the commercial building annexed to the Winrich Hotel.
• You can walk to the healing spa after checking out.
• Please note that safety accidents and loss of valuables due to personal carelessness are the individual's responsibility.

If canceled 15 days or more before the date of use: 80% refund
Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior to the date of use: 50% refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
