• We will send you an electronic voucher by email. Be sure to print the voucher and present it along with your passport when exchanging.
• You must present a valid ID upon check-in. If you do not present ID, check-in is not possible.
• Please complete check-in at least 30 minutes before departure time.
• Children under 2 years old can ride for free if they are not occupying a seat.
• Ferry schedules may change without notice, so please be sure to check the information after making a reservation.
• If you miss your ferry ride, you may reschedule on site and additional fees may apply.
• Business class is on the second floor, has more space and fewer passengers.
• Once a reservation has been made, any changes or modifications must be made at the on-site ticket counter and additional fees may apply.
• This ticket is non-transferable, and the name on the ticket and ID must be the same.
• If a ticket is lost, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or reissued.
• We have implemented a policy of limiting carry-on baggage to one piece per passenger, and trolley bags cannot exceed 130cm in size. Please understand that if it exceeds the limit, it will be treated as checked baggage along with other bags and belongings. See baggage regulations
• Pets are allowed if kept in a cage, and must submit a permit from the Quarantine Bureau.
