• We will send you an electronic voucher via email. Please print out the voucher and present it along with your passport when exchanging.
• You must present a valid ID upon check-in. If you do not present your ID, you will not be permitted to check in.
• Please check in at least 30 minutes before departure time.
• Children under 2 years old can ride for free if they do not occupy a seat.
• Ferry schedules are subject to change without notice, so please be sure to check the information after making a reservation.
• If you miss your ferry boarding time, you can reschedule on site and additional fees may apply.
• Business class is located on the second floor, has more space and fewer passengers.
• After a reservation is completed, any changes or modifications must be made at the on-site ticket counter and may incur additional fees.
• This ticket is non-transferable and the name on the ticket and ID must be the same.
• If your ticket is lost, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or reissued.
• We are implementing a policy of limiting carry-on baggage to one per passenger, and in the case of trolley bags, the size cannot exceed 130cm. If it exceeds the size, please understand that it will be processed as checked baggage along with other bags or belongings. View baggage regulations
