• If you make a reservation for 6 or more people, you can get a full refund if you cancel 2 days before the date of use.
• If you make a reservation for 6 or more people, you can get a 50% deduction if you cancel before 6 PM the day before the date of use.
• If you make a reservation for 6 or more people, you cannot get a full refund if you cancel after 6 PM the day before the date of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
