What to Remember
- Please bring your own personal essentials (sunscreen, sunglasses, outerwear, etc.).
- Meal costs other than lunch (fishing village) are not included in the tour.
- The cost of water sports at Mini Beach is not included in the tour.
- Swimsuits and towels can be rented at the mud hot springs. (50,000 VND will be charged in case of loss/damage)
- Not recommended for customers with reduced mobility or those using wheelchairs.
- This tour is not suitable for travelers with health problems such as high blood pressure or epilepsy.
- Tours may be cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. If the tour is cancelled, you may reschedule your participation to another date.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Please be sure to adhere to the designated time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the tour and no refund will be given.
- Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.

Cancellation and Refund
• Full refund is not possible if cancellation is made after 9:00 AM (local time) the day before the date of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
