What to Remember
- This is a join tour product that can depart with a minimum of 4 people.
- Children under 3 years old are free of charge, and children under 12 years old can participate when accompanied by an adult.
- Please bring a waterproof case for your cell phone, a raincoat, etc. in case it rains.
- We recommend that you bring personal items such as mosquito repellent, sunglasses, a hat, and comfortable shoes.
- Breakfast is provided for morning tours and high tea is provided for afternoon tours.
- Please store your personal belongings as we do not allow storage of luggage in the vehicle. (Luggage storage in the vehicle is also not available when changing pick-up and drop-off hotels.)
- If the hotel you are dropped off at after the tour is different from the hotel you were picked up at, an additional charge of RM10 per person will be applied. Pick-up and drop-off are only available at hotels within Kota Kinabalu city.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Please be sure to arrive on time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the tour and no refund will be given.
- Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
Cancellation and Refund
• 50% refund is possible if cancellation is made 24 hours or more prior to the date of use.
• Full refund is not possible if cancellation is made 5 hours or more prior to the date of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
